Care plan FAQs

What does a care plan include?

Every plan includes a yearly professional service and clean to keep your system running efficiently, member priority booking, and a discount on repair labour. Higher plans add 24/7 priority phone support, waived call-out fees and a bigger labour discount across more units.

How does the repair discount work?

Parts are always charged at our standard price — the discount applies to labour only. The higher your plan, the more you save: 10% on Essential, 20% on Comfort and 30% on Total Care. It applies every time you need a breakdown repair, on top of priority booking.

What does 24/7 priority support actually mean?

Members get a priority line that's answered or returned fast, and you jump to the front of the queue ahead of non-members when something goes wrong. It's about getting looked after first when you need it most.

Is there a contract, and can I cancel?

Plans have a 12-month minimum term and then renew automatically — after that you can cancel anytime, effective at the end of your billing period. Your annual service is booked around your membership anniversary rather than the day you join. If you cancel within the first year after we've already carried out your service, the balance of that year's fees is payable — it just covers the service you've already received. We only ever use that rule fairly, and waive it for good customers.

Is a plan worth it if my aircon is new?

Often yes — a yearly service keeps the warranty valid on most units, catches small issues before they become breakdowns, and keeps running costs down. A clean, well-charged system uses noticeably less power.
