Custom finishes are a removable fascia coating — the working unit and its warranty are untouched.
How custom finishes work
A split system's front cover is a removable plastic fascia. We take that fascia and coat it in the finish you choose, then fit it back on — so you get a designer unit without touching anything that makes it run. The electronics, coil and refrigerant circuit are never modified, which means the manufacturer warranty stays intact.

What is a custom-finish unit?
It's a standard split system with its removable front fascia coated in the colour or finish you choose — matte black, charcoal, a colour to match your room, anything you like. The result is a designer-looking unit instead of the usual plain white.
Does it affect the warranty?
No. We only coat the removable plastic fascia — the working unit, electronics, coil and refrigerant circuit are completely untouched, so the manufacturer warranty stays intact. Nothing that affects performance or safety is modified.
What colours can I choose?
Pick one of our finishes or choose any custom colour. Use the studio to preview your finish on your own wall before you order.
How much extra does a custom finish cost?
There's a custom-finish fee on top of the unit price, which we confirm with your order. The unit prices shown are for the standard finish.
